July 4th at Midtwon Loft & Terrace

Weddings bring so much excitement! Add July 4th to the mix and the excitement goes through the roof, literally! This year we spent July 4th setting up a lovely wedding at Mid Town Loft & Terrace http://www.midtownloft.net/. We worked with a lovely and very private couple who knew exactly what they wanted!!! A stunning decor of the always fabulous Black & White with touches of royal Purple (a personal favorite) . The custom Black chandeliers were a great touch. The groom was very helpful and made the wise choice of crisp White pipe & drape, which not only made the room even prettier, but also served a purpose in separating cocktail, dinner and dancing. It was such fun and truly a July 4th wedding we will never forget.  It was a happy and truly "in-love" couple. Their love for each other was truly the brightest firework of the night!

Mark Hill " Inspiring Hair" Launch

Mark Hill http://www.markhill.co.uk/, Britain's celebrity hairstylist is bringing  his fabulous line to the USA! We were pleased as punch when BOOTS http://us.boots.com/ asked us to help with the launch of Mark Hill hair products. The task was to transform a hotel suite into a lovely high end beauty salon. The results were magic, and the experience a total pleasure! Initaily we started at the Gansevoort Park Avenue http://www.gansevoorthotelgroup.com/hotels/gansevoort-park-avenue-nyc/, but the guest list kept growing and a larger suite was needed.We ended up at the oh so fabulous "Atrium Suite" at The London http://www.thelondonnyc.com/ which ended up being the perfect choice.

LOOK wise, we kept it simple...The always fabulous and chic Black & White combo, and lovely florals in shades of Pink & Green to plug in Mark's fabulous products!We felt full bloom Peonies and Pink & Green Orchids would fit in nicely, and they did! Initially, the products were to hit the shelves in September, but they are actually available now! Wonderful event and wonderful products and thank you BOOTS for giving us this pleasure of an event!

We kicked off Wedding Season at Faculty House

Technically wedding season starts in April, early Spring. We started  wedding season with a bang this year! A fabulous wedding at Columbia University's "Faculty House"http://facultyhouse.columbia.edu/weddings a premier event space located in the upper west side.

This was a classic and formal wedding with an always fabulous color scheme of Creamy White, Gold and Champagne. From day one this couple just had romance written all over them. We tried to keep the over all look soft and romantic.

As always, Ron Ben Israel http://www.weddingcakes.com/#/home/ created the perfect cake to make this decor fabulous! Which led to the intimate "Theater Style" seating with lots and lots of candles and petals. We so look forward to our next wedding at Faculty House! Leslie J. Robinson, and the entire team at Faculty House make you feel right at home! This is the venue to go to when you are dreaming of the PERFECT wedding!

New York Weddings Magazine Event

The "NY Weddings Magazine" event is always the one event we look forward to. With out fail this event is such an amazing mix of brides and vendors and so much to see, touch and taste!

This year we have been obsessed with all things shiny and metallic. We used those elements as our main source of inspiration, combined with studs that are so fashion forward. We softened up all those hard elements with soft and feminine Pink, Purple and Green flowers. To ensure a perfect wedding centerpiece we went with Hydrangeas, Orchids and Spray Roses.  All of the studded, metal vases were custom made by Josh. While Josh was setting up our booth to perfection i was busy setting up floral displays for: The World Yacht : http://www.worldyacht.com/private_events/Weddings , The 3 West Club: http://www.3westclub.com/ and The Faculty House at Columbia University: http://facultyhouse.columbia.edu. It was fabulous as always!We are already looking forward to next years event!

Seeing such pretty colors and flowers, and a fabulous couple so in love showcased in a magazine is truly sweet!!!
